Online Hypnotherapy, Psychotherapy and Anxiety Therapy
Now more than ever we are all facing uncertain and difficult times, which has an impact on mental health and makes it more important than ever to be proactive in seeking support and taking action.
As well as seeing clients face to face, I am also working via online platforms such as skype of zoom, or through telephone sessions. I am fully qualified in offering remote therapy and indeed have been carrying out this type of therapy for a number of years with clients who are unable to travel to see me in person.
During these difficult times it is more important than ever that you look after your mental as well as physical health, especially if you are suffering with anxiety, health anxiety, stress or insomnia which is being exacerbated by what is going on. You needn’t let things build up and overwhelm you, or try to get by without support. By seeking help and looking after yourself now you may find you can build your resilience and comfortably cope with the uncertainty and anxiety, taking back control for yourself.
Online Hypnotherapy or psychotherapy is entirely safe and just as effective as if we were face to face. I am happy to offer a free Consultation Call by telephone to discuss your needs and explain how we can work together, ahead of any decision to go ahead.
Some years ago I undertook a qualification with the National College of Hypnosis and Psychotherapy in working with clients on-line. This can be via FaceTime, Skype or Zoom, and clients can be in the comfort of their own home. Whilst I would always prefer to be able to sit in the same room and work face to face, online therapy can still be very helpful and I have been working with clients in this way for many years providing online anxiety therapy. The research evidence shows that online therapy can be as effective as attending weekly sessions at your therapist’s office.
