How I can help you

You don't have to live with your problems. Hypnotherapy and hypno-psychotherapy can be very powerful in allowing you to make genuine and lasting changes.

I have helped people overcome so many of life's difficulties,  from anxiety, depression, fears and phobias, to unwanted thoughts and ideas, I can help you make the changes you want, working with you to use your strengths and skills to achieve your goals.
 
I believe that everyone is individual and that the best results are obtained when I am flexible and can choose from a wide range of approaches, tailoring the therapy to the individual needs of the client. I like to work in a solution focused way, looking at working towards agreed goals and finding solutions rather than focusing on problems.

I work from my home based therapy room and offer a safe, non-judgemental space for you to discuss things confidentially. I find so often that clients find huge relief in just being able to come and talk.
 
I work with a variety of problems including stress, anxiety, fears and phobias, depression, sleep problems, habit disorders such as smoking and a wide range of other issues that can be helped with therapy. I am happy to offer a free telephone consultation during which time we can discuss your needs in detail and I can further explain how I can help and what is involved. I will work closely with you to work out exactly what changes you want to make, setting clear goals and objectives to work together towards.
